Return rights apply within 14 days provided the item is not opened (applys only for food products). Right of withdrawal assumes that the item can be returned in substantially the same condition. We use Helthjem with Norway’s best solution for returning packages – namely return from your own home. It is also possible to return packages through Helthjem’s nationwide delivery network. When booking a return, the customer receives a code (no return label required), which is written directly on the package. The package is placed out on the doormat or in the mailbox, and then it gets picked up during the night. Helthjem has a nationwide network of drop-off points, where you can easily hand in the package you want to return. Helthjem tracks the package from the time it is picked up / delivered to a specific delivery location, and all the way back to the warehouse.
